MEMBER LEADERSHIP
NETWORK (MLN)

MLN serves as a platform for leaders and representatives from our resettled community member organisations. It provides a space for monthly meetings where topics related to settlement, integration, and societal contribution are presented. Each session begins with a presentation on a selected topic, followed by a Q&A segment where attendees can discuss challenges, exchange ideas, and collaborate on solutions. 

Additionally, attendees receive updates from ARCC, keeping everyone informed on the latest developments. We encourage each community organisation to send up to three representatives to each meeting, fostering a diverse and insightful exchange of competencies and perspectives. Examples of MLN meetings over the past year are depicted in the adjacent chart.
