Community Support Services

New residents in New Zealand often face challenges due to misinformation during their initial settlement. Misled by overly positive media and personal accounts, they may have unrealistic expectations about the resettlement process. This gap becomes clear around five weeks into their stay at the Mangere Resettlement Centre, where they deal with difficulties and the tough realities of integrating into New Zealand society. As they handle complex resettlement issues, they often need help, with our organisation stepping in as a vital support when other services are unavailable.

We provide community support to forced migrant groups through personalised, empathetic, and practical assistance tailored to their diverse needs.
