Ehsan is an award-winning project manager, photographer and storyteller with over a decade of experience in documentary and commercial domains. He joined ARCC as a Media and Communication Manager in April 2023. Ehsan has a range of qualifications, including a PhD in Media Studies and a Master’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, as well as a BSc in Computer Software Engineering. His academic works have been recognised through several prestigious awards including “Postgraduate Research Excellence Award” and “Wellington International Student Excellence Award” in the Creativity category.
He has produced several major exhibitions, titled My Life To Live, Memento, Here We Are, Here and Beyond, and Woman Life Freedom. PM Jacinda Ardern officially opened his first exhibition, My Life To Live, at the New Zealand Portrait Gallery in 2019. The exhibitions challenge the stereotypical understanding of refugees by amplifying the voices of people with a refugee experience.
