Helping where it is needed most
Our projects are far-reaching and manifold. From helping former refugees get their drivers license, to helping them find work or set themselves up at local markets to sell their produce, to raising community awareness and facilitating support groups particularly for women, the youth, or those struggling with the traumatising experiences they have lived through.
In short, we are there to provide whatever help is needed for the people of the resettled community, so they can become part of our community in Aotearoa.
He aha te mea nui o te ao – He tangata, he tangata, he tangata
What is the most important thing in the world? It is the people, it is the people, it is the people
– Maori proverb
Why we need your help
ARCC is a grassroots non-profit society, bringing together the hard work and vision of 24 former-refugee organisations within New Zealand and we rely heavily on the kind and generous donations of people like you.
We make sure that the money goes exactly where it’s needed because we know that the quality of so many lives depends on it.
