Our Workstreams

Workstream 1 : Resettled Communities Wellbeing
The long-term outcome of this workstream is for resettled communities to have access to effective, timely and culturally responsive services to enhance their wellbeing, with this area of work having two sub-themes.

Workstream 2: Advocacy for Change
Our second workstream’s long-term outcome is for resettlement systems in Aotearoa New Zealand to be well coordinated, equitable and culturally responsive, and for the general public to demonstrate compassion towards forced migration and in their critical role in the resettlement process, welcoming new arrivals. This work area also has two sub-themes.

Workstream 3: ARCC Growth and Development
The third workstream is all about our growth and development as an organisation. The long-term outcome is for ARCC to have strong management systems and governance, diversified resourcing approaches and increased visibility, to enhance sustainability and effectiveness.
